When you pay, and what happens if we don't deliver.
Buying software from strangers on the internet is a reasonable thing to be careful about. Here is the whole arrangement, in advance.
Half at kickoff, half when it's live. Nothing due before the kickoff call. The second half is invoiced only once the scanner is running on your domain and producing real reports.
Thirty days or your money back. Not live and producing reports within thirty days of kickoff, and everything you have paid comes back in full. That delay would be ours, not yours.
Cancel any time, no notice. Month to month, no minimum term, no auto-renew. Cancel and the system keeps running — you own it.
You keep all of it. Scanner, database, export and CRM build stay yours, on your infrastructure. We hand over access and step away.
No lock-in, no data sale. Client data is never sold, shared or used to train anyone's model, and we do not sell to a competitor inside your trading radius during an active engagement.

What happens if I stop paying the monthly retainer?
It keeps running. You bought it. The retainer covers hosting, monitoring, updates and optimization — not the right to use software you already paid for. Cancel and we hand over infrastructure access.
Is there a per-scan cost?
On the retainer, inference is included within a fair-use band no single-location salon has come close to. Self-hosted, you pay your own model provider at cost — cents per scan. We do not mark up tokens.
Can it tell a client they have a fungal infection?
No, and it is built so it cannot. It describes what is visible in a photograph and recommends a service from your own menu at your own price. It does not name conditions or diagnose. Not a medical device, not sold as one — the compliant language ships with the deployment.
Do I need to run ads, or hire someone to run this?
Neither. The QR code on the mirror and your existing site traffic produce scans on day one at zero media cost. The only recurring human job is answering the leads, and your front desk can do that between clients because the findings are already on screen.
What integrations are supported?
GoHighLevel is the deepest and fastest. HubSpot and most mainstream CRMs are supported directly; anything else takes an outbound webhook carrying the full record. Bring your stack to the call and we will tell you whether it is a two-day job or a two-week one.
What if my clients don't speak English?
Scanner and report deploy in a second language alongside English — Vietnamese and Spanish are both supported, and both are common requests in Texas and California. The staff console stays in English.
